PRODUCTION

Our plastic injection machines enable us not only doing mold trials,but also producing plastic parts for our customers. 35 Plastic injection machines are ranging from 50 to 1500 ton clamping force. Automatic Production is controlled by robot hand. Shot Capacity is from a gram to 8700 grams per cycle. Plastic material,color,package and shipping tool are customized to your special requirement.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

From your idea and drawings to the fully qualified part, ECO mould has the engineering expertise to design a well-worked mold, inject the initial shots, optimize the parameters and provide First Artidle Inspection Report. If required PPAP and CPK data,they will be provided.
